Hyte has unveiled a slew of new cooling solutions ahead of Computex 2024, with the most notable being the Thicc Q80 Trio, an all-in-one (AIO) liquid cooler that promises to take on the best in the market. As a successor to the Thicc Q60, the Q80 Trio boasts a larger copper cold plate, upgraded fan system, and improved liquid flow path, resulting in a 2-degree Celsius temperature reduction. Hyte refers to the cooler as the “raid boss of liquid coolers,” thanks to its 360mm size and 52mm-thick heat exchanger. The 50% increased skived fin coverage further enhances cooling efficiency. The cooler comes equipped with three 32mm Thicc FP12 Trio fans, contributing to its impressive performance-to-noise ratio. Additionally, the Q80 Trio features a slim IPS display with a 180-degree adjustable swivel. But what sets the Q80 Trio apart is its compatibility with Hyte’s Nexus Link, allowing for control over up to 36 devices across two channels, streamlining cooling and lighting in the system. Hyte is also introducing the Thicc P60 Duo, a 240mm AIO cooler positioned as a successor to the Q60, offering similar performance at a more affordable price point. The P60 Duo also features the Thicc FP12 Duo fans and can act as a control center for the system’s cooling and lighting setup. Rounding out the new offerings are the Thicc FP12 Duo and Trio fans, which boast a 32mm thickness, intelligent cooling controls, and dynamic sensors to optimize both cooling and noise levels. The Thicc Q80 Trio, Thicc P60 Duo, Thicc FP12 Duo, and Thicc FP12 Trio are scheduled for release in August 2024, while pricing information remains undisclosed.
