The Indian Hotels Company (IHCL), a leading hospitality company in India, has announced plans to develop a new resort in Sawai Madhopur, Rajasthan. This new resort will operate under the company’s popular Gateway brand, adding to their growing portfolio in the state.
The Gateway Resort in Sawai Madhopur is a greenfield project, meaning it will be built from scratch. The resort will boast 200 guest rooms, offering guests a comfortable and luxurious stay. It’s strategically positioned along NE4, ensuring easy access to the region’s famous tourist destinations.
Travelers can anticipate a diverse culinary experience at the resort. It will feature an all-day diner, a bar, a specialty restaurant, and a lounge, catering to a variety of tastes and preferences. The resort also includes over 15,000 square feet of banquet space, making it an ideal venue for both grand celebrations and corporate gatherings.
Beyond dining, the resort offers numerous amenities for relaxation and recreation. Guests can indulge in rejuvenating treatments at the spa, stay active in the modern gym, or take a refreshing dip in the swimming pool.
Rajasthan, renowned for its historic forts, rich heritage, and vibrant culture, remains a top destination for travelers from across the globe. Sawai Madhopur itself offers an array of attractions, including the famous Ranthambore National Park, Ranthambore Fort, and the National Chambal Gharial Sanctuary.
This new addition to IHCL’s portfolio further strengthens their presence in Rajasthan. The company currently operates 30 hotels in the state, with 9 more under development.
