IMU CET 2024 Results Released: 14,360 Selected for UG, 409 for MBA, 46 for MTech

The Indian Maritime University (IMU) has released the results for the Common Entrance Test (IMU CET 2024), conducted for admission into various undergraduate (UG) and postgraduate (PG) programs. The examination was held on June 8, 2024, and candidates can now check their results through the official website, imu.edu.in.

According to the IMU CET 2024 results, a total of 14,360 candidates have been offered admission into UG programs. Additionally, 409 candidates have been selected to pursue an MBA at the university, and 46 students have been offered admission into MTech programs.

Candidates who have obtained IMU CET ranks and are seeking admission to IMU campuses need to register on the institute’s counselling portal. The IMU counselling 2024 schedule and the portal will be launched soon, and candidates are advised to regularly check the official website for updates.

To check the IMU CET 2024 results, follow these simple steps:

2. Click on the link for “IMU CET 2024 Results.”
3. Enter your registration number and date of birth in the required fields.
4. Click on the “Submit” button.
5. Your IMU CET 2024 result will be displayed on the screen.
6. Download and take a printout of your result for future reference.

Candidates must approach affiliated or non-affiliated institutes for admissions as per their respective admission mechanisms.

Admission to the Diploma in Nautical Science program in affiliated institutes is open only to ‘sponsored candidates’, i.e., candidates sponsored by Ship Owning or Managing Companies who qualify in IMU’s CET for UG programs.

Admission to the MBA program will be based on IMU CET rank, Common Admission Test (CAT), Management Aptitude Test (MAT), or Common Management Admission Test (CMAT) marks.

Qualified candidates will be allotted seats based on their rank, social category, availability of seats, and preferences submitted during the counselling process.

The IMU counselling registration fee is Rs 10,000, and the seat acceptance fee is Rs 30,000. Qualified candidates must complete the registration and payment process to secure their seats.
