The residency offers guests a unique dining experience, presenting a curated selection of Indian Accent’s most iconic dishes. The menu, meticulously crafted by Executive Chef Shantanu Mehrotra from Indian Accent New Delhi, intertwines storytelling with culinary artistry, blending classic tastes with a modern twist. It showcases fresh, seasonal ingredients and exotic components from around the globe, appealing to both adventurous palates and those who seek comforting, nostalgic flavors.
For those who enjoy non-vegetarian options, highlights include the braised lamb shank with barley haleem and sweet onion curry, the rawa fish with malwani rassa and sago-peanut vada, and the malai chicken with gobindobhog mushroom payesh and fresh truffles. Vegetarian diners can indulge in the sweet corn muthia with masala methi roti and fresh burrata, the tofu medu vadai with pearl onion chutney and pickled beetroot, and the roomali paneer with flame-roasted tomato and peanut salan.
