Indian Athletes to Shine on Day 10 of the Paris Paralympics

The Paris Paralympics, the 17th edition of the Summer Paralympics, kicked off on August 28 and is set to conclude on September 8. With 549 events spread across 22 sports, the competition is reaching its peak. Get ready for a day packed with excitement as Indian athletes take to the field on the tenth day of the Paralympics, September 7.

Para Cycling

The day begins with para cycling events, featuring Arshad Shaik competing in the Men’s C1-3 Road Race at 1:00 PM IST and Jyoti Gaderiya participating in the Women’s C1-3 Road Race at 1:05 PM IST.

Para Canoe

Yash Kumar will be battling for a spot in the final of the Men’s Kayak Single 200m – KL1 category with the semi-finals scheduled for 1:30 PM IST. Prachi Yadav will also be in action, aiming for the final in the Women’s Va’a Single 200m – VL2 category during the semi-finals at 1:58 PM IST.

Para Swimming

Suyash Narayan Jadhav will be competing in the heats of the Men’s 50m Butterfly – S7 at 1:55 PM IST. He will be looking to secure a spot in the final, scheduled for 10:00 PM IST.

Para Athletics

The day ends with a strong showing from Indian athletes in para athletics. Navdeep will be participating in the Men’s Javelin Throw – F41 Final at 10:00 PM IST. Simran will aim for glory in the Women’s 200m – T12 Final at 10:33 PM IST, while Dilip Mahadu Gavit will be competing in the Men’s 400m – T47 Final at 12:29 AM IST (September 8).
