India’s Strong Stand Against Terrorism and Border Violations

External Affairs Minister S Jaishankar has declared India’s strong position against terrorism and cross-border threats. He stated that since the Modi government took office, India has made it clear that it will respond appropriately to any such threats, regardless of their origin. Jaishankar condemned Pakistan’s actions, stating that India no longer tolerates cross-border terrorism. He pointed to the Uri and Balakot incidents as examples of India’s firm response. Addressing a gathering in Odisha, Jaishankar also spoke about the ongoing dispute with China over the Line of Actual Control (LAC). He revealed that India has deployed thousands of troops along the LAC and is committed to maintaining a strong presence. The minister emphasized that the Modi government will never compromise on national security. He praised the Indian Army’s role in countering threats along the LAC and assured that the armed forces are well-equipped to handle any situation. Jaishankar’s statements reflect India’s determination to protect its borders and ensure the safety of its citizens.
