Injured Fox Kit Finds Solace with Stuffed Animal at Wildlife Center

The injured fox kit was found on April 16th lying on a road in Oceana County’s Walkerville. The kit was unable to move and was taken to the wildlife rehabilitation center in Ada. The center’s staff determined that the kit had a broken leg and a head injury. They are currently providing the kit with pain medication and antibiotics, and are hoping that it will make a full recovery.

In the meantime, the kit has found comfort in a stuffed animal fox that the staff gave it. The kit cuddles with the stuffed animal and often falls asleep with it in its arms. The staff believe that the stuffed animal is helping the kit to feel more secure and loved.

The West Michigan Wildlife Center is a non-profit organization that provides care for injured and orphaned wildlife. The center is staffed by a team of dedicated volunteers who are committed to helping animals in need.
