Intel has clarified that its next-generation Arrow Lake CPUs are still on track for a 2024 launch, despite the postponement of its Innovation 2024 event. The company has assured the public that its launch plans, timing, and product readiness remain unchanged.
In an email received by a technology journalist, Intel stated that while Innovation 2024 has been pushed to 2025, its next-gen desktop platform, codenamed Arrow Lake, remains on track for a Q4 2024 launch. The company is expected to share more details as the launch date approaches.
Additionally, VideoCardz reported that OC3D reached out to Intel for clarification regarding the postponement of Innovation 2024. An Intel spokesperson confirmed to OC3D that there are no changes to the company’s launch plans and that they are excited about the upcoming product announcements. Intel will be sharing more details about its next-gen desktop processor products, codenamed Arrow Lake, later this year.
Intel’s decision to postpone Innovation 2024 was attributed to a desire to focus on smaller, more targeted events, webinars, hackathons, and meetups worldwide. The company will also maintain a presence at other industry events.
With the confirmation that Arrow Lake remains on track for a Q4 2024 launch, technology enthusiasts and gamers alike have only a few months to wait before Intel unveils its next-generation Core Ultra 200 series processors.
