Intel’s next-generation Core Ultra series of desktop processors is taking shape, with the latest leaks revealing tantalizing details about the upcoming ‘Arrow Lake-S’ family. Following the sighting of an engineering sample (ES) of the flagship Core Ultra 9 285K, we now have a glimpse of the Core Ultra 7 265K in its qualifying sample (QS) form.
The Core Ultra 7 265K, as pictured by leaker ‘harukaze5719’, is a 20-core behemoth (8P+12E) with a maximum boost clock speed hitting a scorching 5.5GHz. While the QS processor simply displays ‘INTEL CONFIDENTIAL NA Q33K’, the final retail versions will carry the familiar ‘Core Ultra 5 265K’ branding.
The Core Ultra 7 265K is just one piece of the upcoming ‘Arrow Lake-S’ puzzle. Intel’s roadmap also includes the powerful Core Ultra 9 285K and the Core Ultra 5 245K, both offering impressive core counts and clock speeds. Here’s a closer look at each processor:
