InterGlobe and Assago, a family office led by Gurnani, have joined forces to establish AIonOS, an artificial intelligence (AI) business venture. With headquarters in Singapore and InterGlobe as the majority shareholder, AIonOS seeks to empower businesses in their digital transformation journeys through AI-driven solutions that augment human and system capabilities. The joint venture was recently announced by Bhatia, Group Managing Director of InterGlobe, and Gurnani, Executive Vice Chairman of Assago, in the national capital. InterGlobe, a diversified conglomerate with a strong presence in travel, transportation, logistics, and hospitality, includes IndiGo, India’s leading airline, as a subsidiary.
