Israelis Rally for Hostage Release During Passover Protest

Israeli protesters organized a massive demonstration outside Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu’s residence in Caesarea during the Jewish festival of Passover. The protest, which drew hundreds of participants, was aimed at demanding the immediate release of abducted Israeli nationals.

Passover, a seven-night festival, is observed by Jewish families worldwide to commemorate the liberation of the Israelites from slavery in Egypt. It is customary for families to gather for a ceremonial dinner called the Seder during each of the seven nights of Passover.

The protesters criticized Netanyahu’s handling of the hostage situation and demanded that he take immediate action to secure the release of the abductees. The protest served as a reminder of the ongoing plight of the hostages and the desperate need for their safe return.
