Jailed Conman Pens ‘Ramayana’ Love Letter to Jacqueline Fernandez, Promises Diwali Reunion

In a dramatic twist to the ongoing legal saga of jailed conman Sukesh Chandrashekhar, he has penned a heartfelt Diwali letter to actress Jacqueline Fernandez, drawing parallels between their relationship and the epic tale of Ramayana. The letter, filled with romantic pronouncements and promises, has sent shockwaves through the media and public alike.

Chandrashekhar, who is currently in jail facing multiple charges, including money laundering and extortion, uses the Ramayana analogy to express his unwavering love for Fernandez. He writes, “Baby our love story is nothing lesser than our great, Ramayana, because just like my Lord Rama who returned from Vanvas with his Sita, I am also returning from this short Vanvas, for my Sita, Jacqueline to win her back all over again and no Raavan can stop this from happening.”

The letter, dated October 31, goes on to express Chandrashekhar’s unwavering commitment to Fernandez, stating that he is confident of his release from prison and looks forward to celebrating Diwali together in 2025. “This will be the last Diwali I spend without you in Lanka,” he writes, further fueling speculation about his potential return.

Chandrashekhar’s claims of an impending release are particularly interesting, considering the gravity of the charges he faces. He is currently under investigation by the Delhi Police for allegedly defrauding the spouses of former Ranbaxy promoters, Shivinder Singh and Malvinder Singh, to the tune of ₹200 crore.

The Enforcement Directorate is also investigating Chandrashekhar and his wife Leena Paulose for alleged money laundering activities. Both have been arrested by the Delhi Police, along with others, and the case has also been brought under the purview of the Maharashtra Control of Organised Crime Act (MCOCA). The police have accused the couple of using Hawala routes and creating shell companies to park ill-gotten gains.

Chandrashekhar is also facing charges in an Election Commission (EC) bribery case allegedly involving AIADMK leader TTV Dhinakaran.

The romantic overtones of Chandrashekhar’s letter are a stark contrast to the serious legal battles he faces. The letter raises questions about the nature of his relationship with Fernandez and whether she was aware of his alleged criminal activities. It also highlights the lengths to which Chandrashekhar is willing to go to maintain a public image of innocence and romance, even while facing multiple criminal investigations.

The letter, undoubtedly, adds another layer of intrigue to this ongoing saga, with the public eagerly awaiting further developments and answers to the many questions it raises.
