The Department of Computer Engineering at Jamia Millia Islamia (JMI) is excited to announce a three-week Short-Term Training Programme (STTP) on Artificial Intelligence (AI) and Machine Learning (ML). This hybrid program, offering a comprehensive learning experience, will commence on July 1st and conclude on July 19th. Registration for the 50-hour program opened on Wednesday, June 19th.
Prospective participants are required to meet specific eligibility criteria: they must hold a diploma, undergraduate, postgraduate, or PhD degree with a background in mathematics. Interested individuals can apply through the official JMI website. The course features a limited number of seats, with 80 reserved for offline classes on a First Come First Served Basis (FSFS) and 50 allocated for online participation.
The program’s curriculum is meticulously designed, incorporating 20 hours of theoretical instruction and 30 hours of practical sessions. The course will be facilitated by a team of renowned experts from various prestigious institutions worldwide, including JMI, other central/foreign universities, IITs, IIITs, and industry professionals. The registration fee for JMI students is ₹ 4,500, while non-JMI students are required to pay ₹ 6,500. A ₹ 500 discount is offered for those choosing the virtual course option. Industry participants will be charged ₹ 10,000, and foreign and NRI students will have to pay $150.
