The Jammu and Kashmir police have issued a stern warning regarding the heightened threat of terrorism in the valley, citing three terror attacks within the last three days. The authorities believe that a ‘newly infiltrated group’ may be responsible for the recent violence.
ADGP Jammu Anand Jain, while addressing the media on the Hiranagar-Kathua attack, emphasized the likelihood of additional terrorists operating within the area. He stated, ‘This is a newly infiltrated group which has come to this area. There is a possibility of more terrorists also.’
The police have urged the public to exercise vigilance and promptly report any suspicious activities or individuals. The authorities are committed to ensuring the safety and security of the region, and they have intensified their efforts to combat terrorism and maintain peace.
