Jason Kelce, a former center for the Philadelphia Eagles, is convinced that his Super Bowl ring may have been accidentally discarded in the trash during a silly game at his and brother Travis Kelce’s “New Heights” live show in Cincinnati. Video footage suggests that the ring may have been thrown away, leading Jason to speculate that it is now in a landfill.
The incident occurred during the Lombaby Games competition, which featured participants diving into chili vats to retrieve socks containing various items, including Jason’s championship ring. Despite losing the ring, Jason does not believe it was stolen and expressed regret over its loss.
“I legitimately lost my Super Bowl ring in this event,” Jason said on an episode of the “New Heights” podcast. “They could not find it… All of this stuff has been thrown away so I think we can safely assume my Super Bowl ring is now in a landfill someplace in the Cincinnati-tristate area. I didn’t think that would happen.”
The lost ring was not the only chaotic occurrence at the “New Heights” live show. Travis made headlines when he chugged a beer in front of the University of Cincinnati’s dean, a crowd of students, and fans during his and his older brother’s honorary graduation ceremony. Meanwhile, Jason’s wife, Kylie Kelce, was seen hiding behind a cutout of her husband to avoid the madness that was taking place.
