According to Variety, Wright will step into the role of Isaac, a pivotal character he originally voiced in the critically acclaimed video game ‘The Last of Us Part II’.
Within the narrative of ‘The Last of Us’, Isaac stands as the enigmatic leader of the Washington Liberation Front (WLF), a formidable militia group that initially sought freedom but has become embroiled in a relentless conflict against a resilient adversary.
Wright joins an already impressive ensemble cast led by Pedro Pascal as Joel, Bella Ramsey as Ellie, Gabriel Luna as Tommy, and Rutina Wesley as Maria. Kaitlyn Dever will portray Abby, a central figure in season 2, while other notable additions include Isabela Merced as Dina, Danny Ramirez as Manny, Ariela Barer as Mel, Spencer Lord as Owen, Tati Gabrielle as Nora, and Young Mazino as Jesse.
