Having completed his apprenticeship, Leo has secured a permanent role as a Business Systems Analyst.
In his role, Leo plays a crucial role in collecting, analyzing, and documenting IT requirements for the leading tour operator and airline, while also identifying third-party solutions to fulfill the company’s needs.
The judging panel highlighted Leo’s contributions to IT project management and his active advocacy for apprenticeships, while embodying Jet2’s core values.
