Jey Uso Snubbed: No Rolex from Cody Rhodes After WrestleMania XL

WWE Undisputed Universal Champion Cody Rhodes surprised his WrestleMania XL rivals and tag-team partners with engraved Rolex watches, but one notable omission stood out: Jey Uso.

Uso, who allied with Rhodes against the Bloodline and briefly held the Undisputed WWE Tag Team Championships with him, was seemingly snubbed from Rhodes’ list of recipients. In an exclusive interview with talkSPORT, Uso jokingly expressed his disappointment:

“Hell no I ain’t get no watch, man. Oh, I guess I ain’t that much a superb teammate.”

Uso added that he planned to confront Rhodes about the snub: “Oh don’t worry I’m gonna talk to him when I see him tonight, ‘hey what time is it?”

The exclusion of Uso from Rhodes’ gift-giving has raised questions about their current relationship. Despite their alliance against the Bloodline, Uso may feel slighted by Rhodes’ failure to acknowledge his contributions.

Watches hold particular significance for Rhodes, who was gifted a gold Rolex by Triple H, Nick Khan, and Bruce Prichard after winning the Undisputed WWE Universal Title at WrestleMania. The watch was the same model that his late father, Dusty Rhodes, had promised him if he ever won the WWE World Title.
