Casino & Hotel Louisiana, a premier destination opening in Bossier City in early 2025. With over 30 years of experience, Chaszar will oversee the development, grand opening, and ongoing operations of this $270+ million casino, hotel, and entertainment complex, bringing a new level of gaming and hospitality to the Shreveport-Bossier region.
Chaszar’s extensive background in gaming and resort management includes leadership roles with prominent companies such as Penn Entertainment and Quorum Hotels & Resorts. He has successfully managed casino transitions, a skill that will be invaluable as Live! Casino & Hotel Louisiana progresses from its current construction phase to its grand opening.
This upscale venue will feature over 47,000 square feet of gaming space, including 1,000+ slot machines, electronic table games, 40+ live action table games, and a sportsbook. Additionally, a 550-room hotel, resort-style pool, and fitness center will provide luxurious accommodations and amenities. The state-of-the-art Event Center, spanning 25,000 square feet, will host top-tier entertainment, meetings, conventions, and social events.
Live! Casino & Hotel Louisiana will also offer a range of dining and entertainment options, including nationally recognized brands like Sports & Social and PBR Cowboy Bar.
