The project marks a reunion of the producing team behind “Barbarian,” with Cregger producing alongside Roy Lee of Vertigo and J.D. Lifshitz and Raphael Margules of BoulderLight Pictures. Vertigo’s Miri Yoon also produces.
Garner gained critical acclaim for her performance in Netflix’s acclaimed crime drama “Inventing Anna.” Since then, she has been in high demand, landing several high-profile roles in films such as Paramount’s upcoming psychological thriller “Apartment 7A” and Blumhouse/Universal’s “The Last Voyage of the Demeter,” which is currently in production.
Garner’s latest project is the untitled New Line horror movie, which is described as an interrelated, multistory horror epic that tonally resembles Paul Thomas Anderson’s 1999 film “Magnolia.”
