Abhishek brings over 12 years of extensive hospitality experience to this role, having joined the Marriott family in 2019. His deep understanding of hotel operations has been invaluable, driving effective implementations and contributing significantly to the hotel’s success.
In his previous role as Front Office & Loyalty Manager, Abhishek played a key role in enhancing guest satisfaction. Through the Medallia Guest Voice platform, he ensured seamless alignment of Front Office operations with Marriott’s strategic objectives, while collaborating closely with the revenue management team to optimize occupancy levels.
His impressive career journey includes prestigious properties such as The Oberoi New Delhi, Novotel & Ibis Techpark Bangalore, and The Taj Mahal Palace Mumbai, where he consistently demonstrated a track record of success.
As the new Director of Rooms, Abhishek will lead a diverse team encompassing the Front Office, Spa, and Gymnasium. He will also focus on talent recruitment and development within these divisions. His thorough understanding of the brand’s ethos and strategic goals will be instrumental in enhancing revenue, guest experiences, and occupancy rates at JW Marriott Mumbai Juhu.
