* Physical Fitness Certificate
* Migration Certificate (if applicable)
* Originals of all documents and certificates uploaded with the online application
* Balance fee for the course (to be paid at the time of admission)
* Proof of Date of Birth
* Class 12 Mark Sheet and Pass Certificate
* Transfer Certificate from the last attended institute
* Conduct Certificate from the last attended institute
