Kerala Board Results 2024 for SSLC and DHSE: Announcement of Release Dates

The Kerala Board of Higher Secondary Education (DHSE) has announced that the results for the Secondary School Leaving Certificate (SSLC) or class 10 examinations will be released on May 8th, 2024. This will be followed by the announcement of the Kerala DHSE or class 12 results on May 9th, 2024. Both results are expected to be released at 3 PM. Last year, the results were announced on May 19. As many as 4,27,105 students had appeared for the SSLC examination. The evaluation of answer papers was held in 70 camps and around 11,000 teachers worked in these camps that worked from April 3 to 20. The tabulation work and grace mark entries are being carried out at the Pareeksha Bhavan, the minister said.

As many as 4,41,120 students had appeared for the higher secondary examinations. Answer paper evaluation was held from April 3 to 24. There were 75 valuation camps and around 25,000 teachers were involved in the evaluation process. Close to 30,000 candidates appeared for the vocational higher secondary examinations. Around 200 teachers carried out the answer paper evaluation held in eight camps. Students are required to score at least 35 percent in each paper and aggregate to pass the board exam.

The Kerala +2 Result 2023 was declared on May 25. The pass percentage was 82.95% this year, which was 0.92% less compared to last year. In 2022, the Kerala Plus Two pass percentage was 83.87%. In the Science stream, 193544 students appeared for the exam and 168925 (87.31%) students were eligible for higher studies (EHS). In the Humanities stream, 74482 students appeared for the exam and 53575 (71.93%) students passed. In the Commerce stream, 89455 out of 108109 (82.75%) students passed.

Last year, the Kerala SSLC Result 2023 was announced in a press conference held in Thiruvananthapuram on May 19, 2024. A total of 4,19,120 students participated in the Kerala SSLC exams, conducted at 2,960 centers across the state. The Kerala SSLC 10th Result 2023 recorded an impressive overall pass percentage of 99.70%, with 4,17,864 students qualifying for higher studies.
