Kerala Governor Finds Solace at Majestic Ram Mandir in Ayodhya
Kerala Governor Arif Mohammed Khan recently paid homage to the magnificent Ram Mandir in Ayodhya, expressing a profound sense of peace during his visit. As a frequent visitor to the holy city, Khan noted his proximity as a resident of Bahraich, having visited Ayodhya twice in January prior to the grand Pran Pratishtha ceremony on January 22.
This marks Khan’s first formal darshan at the temple, an experience he described as profoundly calming. He acknowledged the nationwide celebration surrounding the temple’s inauguration, which saw the presence of esteemed sports personalities, politicians, and celebrities.
The Ram Mandir, a towering testament to India’s architectural heritage, stands at an impressive 161 feet with 392 pillars supporting its grandeur. Constructed in the traditional Nagara style, the intricately sculpted temple boasts a width of 250 feet, a length of approximately 380 feet, and 44 grand door openings.
Khan’s sentiments echo the widespread admiration for the Ram Mandir, a symbol of cultural and spiritual significance for millions across the nation. His visit underscores the unifying power of faith and tradition, reminding us of the enduring legacy of Lord Ram as an ideal figure for all.
