Towards the end of his set, Cudi attempted to dismount the stage while performing ‘Memories’ but fell awkwardly. Videos show one of his feet giving out, causing him to fall to the ground.
With the help of security guards, Cudi was carried away from the stage and was unable to finish his performance.
Later that evening, Cudi took to social media platform X to inform his fans about the incident. He shared a post stating, ‘Hey guys, so I broke my foot today at the show [forehead smack emoji]. just leavin the hospital.’ He continued, ‘Never broken a bone before so this is all a bit crazy. I wanna thank u all for ur concerns and well wishes!! I love yall man. I heard yall still ragin when I was offstage. Made me smile big.’
Despite the incident, Cudi appeared to be in good spirits. He had only a few songs remaining in his setlist, so fans were still able to enjoy the majority of his performance.
