In a recent episode of Jimmy Kimmel Live!, Kim Kardashian revealed that she and her sister, Kourtney, used to be Madonna’s dog walkers. The sisters lived next door to Madonna when they were young, and they would walk her dog after school. Madonna was transitioning out of her 80s neon phase at the time, so she gave the sisters a shoebox of neon bracelets as payment for their services. Kim said that she and Kourtney were very excited about the bracelets, and they wore them to school the next day. Their classmates were very impressed, and they all wanted to know where the sisters had gotten the bracelets. Kim and Kourtney proudly told them that Madonna had given them the bracelets.
Kim and Madonna have remained close over the years, and they even teamed up to discuss their respective beauty lines in 2018. Kim also got to watch Madonna film the music video for her hit song “Cherish” in 1989. Kim and her best friend were at her parent’s beach house when they saw Madonna filming on the beach. They sat there all day and watched Madonna and the team film the music video. Kim said that it was an amazing experience, and she still talks about it all the time.
