Recognizing the importance of a seamless travel experience, Krabi Airport is encouraging the use of pre-check-in applications, digital identification through the Thai ID app, and the self-service boarding pass system. To further enhance efficiency, the airport is expanding its check-in counter capacity from 14 to 16, ensuring smoother check-in procedures and reducing congestion. Additionally, public transport services will be enhanced to provide travelers with a seamless connection to their destinations.
