Kyle Boulia, formerly Corporate Communications Manager at UTA, has joined The Office of The Duke and Duchess of Sussex as Deputy Press Secretary to Prince Harry and his wife Meghan, and Director of Communications for Archewell in the U.S. Charlie Gipson will serve as the point contact for all UK and European media outlets. They replace Miranda Barbot, who has been promoted to Vice President of Programs and Media Operations.
During his time at UTA, Boulia managed media relations and publicity for close to 20 departments and business verticals, including talent, literary, music, podcasts, creators, the Foundation, DEI, and fine arts. He also played a significant role in shaping DEI at UTA, championing the LGBTQIA+ community within the entertainment industry and fostering an inclusive workplace through his leadership in UTA Proud, an Employee Inclusion Group dedicated to supporting LGBTQIA+ client and colleagues, as well as allies.
Boulia got his start in Hollywood as an assistant to veteran UTA communications executive Lisa Stein.
