In the film, Stanfield will portray James Savage, a character who confronts his inner demons and his enigmatic ex-girlfriend, Janet, who is planning to execute a world-ending ritual. James must navigate Janet’s reality-bending universe while facing the truth about his own addictions and sense of self-worth. The game ‘El Paso, Elsewhere’ was released in September 2023 and was developed by Strange Scaffold, the development label of BAFTA nominee Xalavier Nelson Jr. Stanfield, known for his roles in films such as ‘Judas and the Black Messiah’, ‘The Harder They Fall’, and ‘Get Out’, is represented by CAA, Stark Management, and Ginsburg Daniels Kallis.
