Langham Hospitality Group Welcomes Angela Zhou as Senior VP of Finance, Driving Global Growth
Langham Hospitality Group (LHG) is thrilled to announce the appointment of Angela Zhou as its new Senior Vice President – Finance. Based at the company’s headquarters in Hong Kong, Ms. Zhou will play a pivotal role in leading the group’s financial operations, driving strategic growth initiatives, and ensuring financial stability across its global portfolio.
Ms. Zhou’s appointment marks a significant step forward for LHG, as she brings a wealth of experience in the hospitality industry, having held key finance leadership roles at renowned hospitality giants such as Marriott International, Fairmont Hotels & Resorts, and Rosewood Hotels & Resorts. Most recently, she served as Vice President of Finance at Rosewood, demonstrating her expertise in managing complex financial operations and her deep understanding of the industry’s intricacies.
Her diverse background, which includes hands-on experience in operational roles, provides her with a comprehensive understanding of the financial landscape and the operational needs of LHG’s properties worldwide. This invaluable perspective will allow her to effectively align LHG’s financial strategies with the operational needs of its hotels and residences, ensuring a cohesive approach to growth and success.
In her new role, Ms. Zhou will oversee a broad range of financial operations, including Hotel Finance, Corporate Finance, Legal, and Financial Planning and Analysis. She will also become a member of LHG’s Executive Committee, contributing her expertise to the company’s top leadership.
This appointment follows the departure of Mr. Francis Ling, who served as Chief Financial Officer for two and a half years, making valuable contributions to the group’s financial stability and growth.
