This 204-unit affordable housing complex, owned and operated by Lincoln Avenue Communities (LAC), recently underwent a major renovation, ensuring its residents continue to have access to high-quality, affordable housing.
Residents and local leaders joined together for the festive occasion, enjoying a variety of family-friendly activities. Food trucks offered delicious tacos, elote, and ice cream, while a live DJ kept the energy high with upbeat music. Children and adults alike had a blast playing yard games, creating a sense of community and shared celebration.
LAC invested over $60,000 per unit in the renovation, focusing on both interior and exterior upgrades. New building systems and resident amenities were added, including a dog park, community garden, and fitness center.
