Lisa Rinna, the former ‘Real Housewives of Beverly Hills’ star, has expressed her eagerness to return to the role of Taylor McBride in the upcoming revival of ‘Melrose Place.’ Rinna played the character for three seasons in the original Fox series, which ran from 1992 to 1999.
In a recent interview with People, Rinna stated that she has heard about the revival and would welcome the opportunity to reprise her role. She emphasized her fond memories of working on the show and praised her former castmates, particularly Heather Locklear. Rinna also acknowledged her previous efforts to join the 2009 ‘Melrose Place’ reboot on The CW, which ultimately did not materialize.
According to Deadline, the new ‘Melrose Place’ series is currently in development at CBS Studios and is being presented to various networks and streamers. It is set to feature the return of original cast members Locklear, Laura Leighton, and Daphne Zuniga. The series will explore the reunion of the Melrose Place residents following the death of one of their friends, uncovering old traumas, rekindling romances, and exposing new secrets.
