Logic, the renowned Maryland rapper, has announced the upcoming release of his latest album, ‘Paradise II.’ Notably, the album will be accompanied by a novel of the same name, marking Logic’s second pairing of an album with a companion novel.
The novel, set in the year 2115, follows the adventures of two pilots, Quentin and Kai, who embark on a perilous mission to find the enigmatic planet Paradise. However, as they delve deeper into their quest, they encounter unexpected truths and confront the realization that Paradise may not be the idyllic haven they had imagined.
Logic first hinted at ‘Paradise II’ in 2018, and the project has undergone several iterations since then. The album’s second single, ‘Perfect,’ was released on April 19th, showcasing Logic’s lyrical prowess and introspective storytelling.
While Logic initially claimed that ‘Paradise II’ would be his final album, he has since clarified that he will continue to make music, albeit not under the ‘Logic’ moniker. The upcoming album marks the culmination of a decade-long narrative that began with Logic’s previous albums, ‘Under Pressure’ and ‘The Incredible True Story.’ It promises to be a captivating fusion of music and literature, further solidifying Logic’s status as a versatile and innovative artist.
