This phase will encompass 89 constituencies spread across various parts of the country, including 11 constituencies in Maharashtra. The ECI has taken the decision to close schools and colleges in these constituencies on election day as a precautionary measure to ensure the safety of students and staff. The third phase of the 2024 Lok Sabha Elections will witness polling in 94 Lok Sabha constituencies across 12 states and union territories. In Maharashtra, the 11 constituencies that will go to polls in the third phase are Baramati, Raigad, Osmanabad, Latur (SC), Solapur (SC), Madha, Sangli, Satara, Ratnagiri-Sindhudurg, Kolhapur, and Hatkanangle.
