Lok Sabha Elections: 64.60% Voter Turnout in Fourth Phase

The fourth phase of the marathon Lok Sabha elections witnessed a voter turnout of 64.60% till 11 p.m. on May 13, 2023. The polling took place across 96 constituencies spread over 10 States and union territories. The electorates in these constituencies, totaling 17.7 crore, cast their votes to decide the fate of 1,717 candidates in the fray. The polling process for this phase marked the completion of voting in 23 States and union territories, encompassing 379 seats. The remaining three phases of the seven-phase general elections are slated to be held on May 20, May 25, and June 1. The counting of votes for all phases will take place on June 4, 2023.
