LoungeKey Enhanced Partnership with Singapore Airlines (SIA) Brings Unprecedented Travel Experiences for Businesses

Collinson, a global leader in airport experiences, loyalty solutions, and customer engagement services, has announced an expanded partnership with Singapore Airlines (SIA). This enhanced collaboration grants businesses enrolled in SIA’s HighFlyer program access to LoungeKey Pass, a digital voucher that provides seamless access to airport lounges and premium travel experiences without the need for registration, physical cards, or memberships.

SIA’s HighFlyer program offers businesses discounted airfares and HighFlyer points for employee travel, which can be redeemed for future travel or rewards. Through this partnership, businesses across all four tiers of SIA’s HighFlyer program can redeem a LoungeKey Pass for every 8,000 HighFlyer points accumulated in the company account. Additionally, new businesses joining the HighFlyer program can earn a pass as a milestone reward upon reaching a certain level of net flown expenditure.

These passes can then be allocated to individual employees via their HighFlyer account for use during their upcoming trips. As per Collinson’s 2023 Asia Pacific consumer insights report, there’s a growing demand among consumers for travel-related rewards that enhance their travel experiences. By offering LoungeKey Pass through SIA’s HighFlyer program, businesses can tap into this trend to bolster their corporate wellness initiatives and foster deeper employee engagement.
