Table Space, a leading provider of managed office solutions, has substantially expanded its workspace footprint across India, acquiring over 13.5 lakh sq ft in Chennai, Mumbai, Hyderabad, and Bengaluru.
This move is driven by the increasing demand for premium and customized office spaces from corporates. Table Space’s portfolio expansion includes key properties in Chennai, such as Mapletree Global Infocity Park and DLF, totaling over 500,000 sq ft of Grade A space. The company has also secured three new leases in Mumbai with Oberoi Commerz III, Runwal R-Square, and Raheja Altimus Worli, adding approximately 284,000 sq ft to its portfolio. Recognizing the high growth potential in Hyderabad, Table Space has acquired 260,000 sq ft in Mindspace IT Park, with an option to expand by an additional 250,000 sq ft. The company aims to secure a further 500,000 sq ft within HITEC City and the financial district over the next 12 months. In Bengaluru, Table Space has leased premium Grade A assets in the Central Business District (CBD) with 55,000 sq ft at UB City and 100,000 sq ft at Café Coffee Day Square. Plans are underway to secure another 500,000 sq ft in the Whitefield area. Table Space President Kunal Mehra attributes the growth in the flexible workspace market to the influx of multinational companies, global capability centers, and industrial expansion, leading to increased demand for premium offices and customized solutions. CEO and founder Amit Banerji highlights the strategic importance of expanding their presence across key metros, which offer attractive locations, strong infrastructure, and supportive business environments. Table Space, established in 2017, has delivered over 9.5 million sq ft of custom spaces through more than 60 centers across seven cities in India.
