Guest Chefs Luigi Stinga and Ömür Akkor
Chef Luigi Stinga, of Talea by Antonio Guida, will be presenting a unique menu at Mandarin Oriental, Bodrum from June 29 to July 5. His dishes offer an elegant reinterpretation of traditional Italian cuisine with a touch of oriental flair. Chef Stinga began his culinary journey cooking with his grandmother, eventually launching his professional career at the two Michelin-starred Ristorante Don Alfonso. He is now the Chef De Cuisine at the one Michelin-starred Talea by Antonio Guida at Emirates Palace Mandarin Oriental, Abu Dhabi, and was recently recognized in MENA’s 50 Best Restaurants for 2024.
Celebrated Turkish Chef Ömür Akkor will also be featuring at the Mandarin Oriental, Bodrum in the last week of July, showcasing a menu that celebrates the rich diversity of Aegean cuisine.
