Joseph’s journey in the hospitality industry began early in her career, where she steadily climbed the ladder from bartender to Marketing Events Coordinator, eventually holding roles as Catering Sales Manager and Wedding Specialist at SLS Baha Mar. Her passion for hospitality and creating unforgettable experiences for guests has been the driving force behind her success.
One of Joseph’s most remarkable achievements was single-handedly managing a 200-person wedding event. This accomplishment solidified her love for event planning and resulted in a lasting friendship with the couple.
