Throughout his career, Gani has held key leadership positions across the United States and the Middle East, gaining valuable experience in managing luxury properties. He played a pivotal role in launching the Aloft brand in Saudi Arabia, showcasing his expertise in brand development and hotel openings. Notably, he also managed the successful opening of Aloft Dubai Creek, further solidifying his reputation as a leader in the industry.
