Marriott International’s Luxury Group is bringing an unparalleled culinary experience to Asia-Pacific with the launch of their exclusive “Luxury Group Dining Series.” This regional event, taking place from September to November, features six of the group’s most prestigious hotels: The Ritz-Carlton, Tokyo; The St. Regis Bali; The Ritz-Carlton, Melbourne; The Athenee Hotel, a Luxury Collection Hotel, Bangkok; The St. Regis Mumbai; and JW Marriott Hotel Singapore South Beach.

Guests will be treated to bespoke culinary experiences crafted by renowned chefs from the Asia-Pacific region and beyond. The series encompasses 23 distinct restaurants and bars, showcasing the expertise of over 55 culinary and beverage professionals. The Ritz-Carlton, Tokyo (September 27-29):


This Tokyo destination promises a convergence of culinary excellence featuring Executive Chef Teruki Murashima, Chef de Cuisine Hisao Ishida, and Chef Takuji Nakano. Highlights include bespoke menus at Héritage by Kei Kobayashi and Hinokizaka, complemented by top-tier wines and sake. Guests can also enjoy a unique matcha-themed brunch and a cocktail masterclass showcasing flavors inspired by Japan’s diverse climates.

The St. Regis Bali (October 4-6):


The St. Regis Bali will offer a rich tapestry of Balinese and international culinary delights.
