In 2023, the organization collaborated with the Global Destination Sustainability and the Net Zero Carbon Events initiative for the GDS Awards, reinforcing its commitment to sustainable operations. By 2025, MCI Group aims to incorporate environmental and social carbon tracking into all client proposals, driving stakeholders toward sustainable practices.

MCI Group meticulously tracks and reports its environmental impact, having introduced effective measurement tools. By the end of 2024, it plans to deploy a centralized platform for assessing its suppliers and partners, targeting net zero carbon emissions in its operations by 2030.

With employees from over 70 countries, MCI Group boasts an inclusive culture, with 87% of its workforce annually expressing a strong sense of belonging. The company upholds gender balance with 68% of roles occupied by women and has launched 41 initiatives aimed at improving mental health and well-being.

In 2023, MCI Suisse SA reaffirmed its commitment to data security by renewing its ISO 27001 + ISO 27701 certifications. MCI Group’s excellence in data protection was further highlighted by scoring 939 in the CyberVadis assessment, illustrating its leadership in cybersecurity.

Financial Growth and Global Impact

MCI Group reported a turnover of €493 million in 2023, a 6% increase from the previous year, with 5,094 client projects spanning 31 countries and serving 1,175 clients. This growth underscores MCI Group’s global influence and commitment to reshaping the future of the marketing communications industry through sustainable and inclusive practices.
