A medical team from the Pakistan Institute of Medical Sciences (PIMS) visited the residence of Bushra Bibi, the wife of Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) founder Imran Khan, to conduct a medical examination. The visit was prompted by Bushra Bibi’s complaints of acidity and chest pain.
The medical team, consisting of Dr. Bushra Liaquat, Dr. Hira, and Dr. Sidra (a cardiologist), examined Bushra Bibi and suggested that she undergo a ‘gastroenterology review’ to assess any underlying medical issues related to her stomach and intestines.
The team also advised Bushra Bibi to make changes to her diet and lifestyle. They remained at Bani Gala for approximately 75 minutes to complete the medical examination.
Last week, a comprehensive medical evaluation of Bushra Bibi was conducted under the observation of Khan’s family physician. Doctors at a private hospital declared Bushra Bibi to be in good health. However, she reportedly refused to undergo a blood test during the evaluation.
