Megan Thee Stallion Denies Harassment Allegations in Lawsuit
Rapper Megan Thee Stallion has denied allegations of harassment made against her in a new lawsuit filed by her former videographer, Emilio Garcia. In a complaint filed in Los Angeles court, Garcia accused Megan of “fostering a toxic workplace” and making inappropriate comments.
Megan’s lawyer released a statement to Page Six, saying that the lawsuit is an “employment claim for money” with no sexual harassment claims and that the allegations are “salacious” and intended to embarrass her. The lawyer added that they will “deal with this in court.”
Garcia alleged in his lawsuit that Megan forced him to witness her getting intimate with another woman during a tour stop in Spain in 2022. He stated that he was “uncomfortable” and “shocked” by the incident and that it has since caused him mental health issues, including “mounting anxiety, depression, and physical distress.”
Garcia also accused Megan of fat-shaming him, claiming that she called him a “fat b***h” and told him to “spit his food out.” He was fired from his job in June 2023, and his attorneys told Page Six that the termination was “direct retaliation for his complaints about the ongoing illegal behavior and failure to pay him properly.”
Megan’s lawyer has denied all of the allegations and has stated that they will defend her vigorously in court.
