Megan Thee Stallion Sued by Photographer Over Alleged Wrongful Firing and Abusive Behavior

Emilio Garcia, a photographer who worked for Megan Thee Stallion, has filed a lawsuit against the rapper and her companies, alleging that he was subjected to wrongful firing and abusive behavior. According to the suit, Garcia was forced to witness sexual activity between Megan and another woman in an SUV, leaving him feeling embarrassed and mortified. The lawsuit further alleges that Garcia was harassed and fat-shamed by Megan, and that he was misclassified as an independent contractor despite working exclusively for her. Garcia claims that he raised these issues with Megan, but was fired the following day. He has since filed a job discrimination complaint with the California Civil Rights Department.

Megan’s lawyer, Alex Spiro, has denied the allegations and stated that she will fight the lawsuit in court. He characterized the suit as an employment claim for money, and accused Garcia of making salacious accusations to embarrass Megan.

The lawsuit comes at a time when Megan Thee Stallion is facing ongoing legal drama related to the shooting incident involving rapper Tory Lanez. Garcia’s allegations add to the controversies surrounding the rapper, who has become one of hip-hop’s biggest stars in recent years.
