Melco Style Presents: Black Pearl Diamond Restaurants Gastronomic Series – Chapters 8 & 9

Melco Style is proud to announce the latest installment of its renowned gastronomic series, The Black Pearl Diamond Restaurants, featuring exciting four-hands dinners. The series continues with two themed weekends: August 17-18 and September 21-22.

For the first weekend, Michelin-starred Chef Ying from Altira Macau will partner with Black Pearl’s Hai Wei Guan from Shanghai. This collaboration, titled “Seasonal Treasures of Guangdong and Shanghai,” promises a delightful fusion of Cantonese and Shanghainese flavors. Guests can enjoy dishes like Ying’s Fresh Shredded Fish Soup with Sturgeon Cartilage and Hai Wei Guan’s Shanghainese Braised Pork Belly served with Fish Maw, Black Truffle, and Vegetable Rice. The dinner will be held at Ying in Altira Macau.

The second weekend, September 21-22, will feature Chef Jin Ying from City of Dreams Macau teaming up with Black Pearl’s AKEN’S KITCHEN from Guangzhou for Chapter 9: The Unique Flavors of Lingnan. This collaboration focuses on showcasing the traditional food culture of Lingnan, the origin of both Cantonese and Hakka cuisines. Diners can expect to savor dishes like Tossed Geoduck and Sea Urchin, Pan-fried Filefish with Pickles and Soybean Paste Sauce, and Salt Baked Stuffed Pigeon with Abalone. This event will take place at Jin Ying in City of Dreams Macau.

Reservations for both weekends open on Monday, July 1, with Melco Style members enjoying a 10% discount. Endorsed by the Macao Government Tourism Office, this series highlights Melco’s commitment to promoting Macau as a UNESCO Creative City of Gastronomy. It offers epicureans a chance to indulge in regional specialties from across China while experiencing Macau’s diverse culinary landscape.

The upcoming 10th installment of this series is set to conclude by the end of 2024, promising another memorable gastronomic experience.
