Spanning over 1,500 square feet, this ready-to-move-in apartment offers breathtaking views of the iconic Mahalaxmi Racecourse and the expansive sea, making it a true gem. For those seeking a more affordable option, the ₹ 1.33 crore 3 BHK flat in Goregaon, spanning over 900 square feet, is expected to be highly sought after.
In a groundbreaking move, MHADA is offering HIG category flats with a suite of modern amenities, including refreshing swimming pools, convenient Eclectic car (EV) charging stations, and environmentally friendly solar panels for the first time in its history.
The MHADA lottery 2024 offers a diverse range of apartments, including under-construction options and ready-for-possession units. The Goregaon apartment, priced at ₹ 1.33 crore, has a Maharashtra Real Estate Regulatory Authority (MahaRERA) deadline set for December 2024.
Beyond the HIG category, the lottery also includes flats in the economic weaker section (EWS) and Lower Income Group (LIG) categories, priced between ₹ 29 lakh and ₹ 1 crore. These units are located in areas like Borivali, Kandivali, Mankhurd, Vikhroli, and Malad, offering a variety of choices for different budgets. The lottery results will be announced on September 13th at 11 am.
