Mihir Kotecha, the sitting BJP MLA and Lok Sabha candidate for the region, outlined his development priorities in a recent interview. He emphasized his focus on continuing the region’s progress through various initiatives.
Kotecha, who has been actively involved in the constituency’s development, highlighted several key projects that he intends to pursue. These include halting the implementation of PAPs (Project Affected People), which have caused concerns among local residents. Additionally, he plans to relocate the dumping ground, addressing environmental and health issues.
Furthermore, Kotecha aims to construct the Mulund Terminus, improving transportation connectivity for the area. He also envisions establishing a state-of-the-art sports complex, providing youth with opportunities for physical activity and recreation.
Kotecha expressed confidence in the BJP’s performance in the upcoming elections. He believes that the changed political equations in Maharashtra, with Uddhav Thackeray aligning with the Congress and departing from Balasaheb Thackeray’s ideology, will favor the BJP. He predicts that the party will cross the 400 mark in the polls.
Kotecha’s commitment to development and his confidence in the BJP’s prospects reflect his dedication to serving his constituents and working towards the betterment of the region.
