Miki Reps, in collaboration with its Balkan partners, recently concluded the Balkans Roadshow 2024 across Asia. This event, held from April 22nd to 26th, successfully connected key stakeholders and travel industry experts in Tokyo, Seoul, and Hong Kong.
The roadshow featured prominent representatives from renowned Balkan entities, including Intours, Dubrovnik Tourist Board, Plitvice National Park, Zagreb Tourist Board, Visit Ljubljana, and Visit Cakovec. These representatives showcased the region’s rich tapestry of travel experiences, ranging from UNESCO World Heritage sites and adventure activities to diverse lodging options, culinary delights, and cultural attractions.
The event witnessed enthusiastic participation from approximately 90 attendees across the three cities. Participants actively engaged in informative presentations, networking sessions, and direct discussions, delving into the latest trends shaping Balkan tourism. The enthusiastic local teams, comprising interpreters and logistical staff, played a pivotal role in facilitating seamless communication and effective distribution of materials.
