Soule’s extensive career spans over two decades in the energy and metals industries. She previously served as the Chief Commercial Officer at Ecobat, the world’s largest battery recycler, where she spearheaded the lithium-ion recycling division and expanded its operations across the United States, United Kingdom, and Germany. Her leadership at Biosev, a Louis Dreyfus Company in Brazil, provided her with a unique global perspective that further strengthens Momentum’s strategic vision.
Mahesh Konduru, CEO of Momentum, expressed enthusiasm about Soule’s appointment, highlighting her expertise across various departments and segments. Soule holds an MBA from the Kellogg School of Management at Northwestern University and a B.S. in Neuroscience from Lafayette College.
